These include: Termites, Carpenter Ants, Powder Post Beetles, and Carpenter Bees. It takes an expert to detect hidden termite damage. General home inspections do not typically include a termite inspection. It is highly recommended that you get a termite inspection in addition to your general home inspection.

RADON TESTING  $100.00

The EPA Recomends every home be tested for RADON. Wayne County is a zone (1) which has the highest potential for elevated radon above the EPA recommended level of 4 piCl . SURGEON GENERAL HEALTH ADVISORY: "Indoor radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and breathing it over prolonged periods can present a significant health risk to families all over the country. WELL  /  SEPTIC   $110.00

With our septic system test we will push dye water into the septic tank, check for acceptable conditions in the absorption fields, surrounding drainage, any evidence of slow drains, sewer gas present, or sewer back up.   
If you are buying a home with a septic tank, you should consider having a septic test. This test does not find everything that could be wrong due to it being underground, but we have found alot of septic failures using this tecnique.
